Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Returned items must have all labels intact and not have been worn.

For orders placed in countries outside of Italy

For countries outside of Italy, the return or exchange is totally the responsibility of the customer. For this reason, the customer may use the courier that he/she deems most appropriate.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at customer.service@baronefirenze.it. If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the return, you can always contact us at: customer.service@baronefirenze.it

After receiving the return and checking that all requirements have been met, an e-mail will be sent confirming acceptance of the return, detailing the order number, amount, and date the refund will be issued. When purchasing by credit or debit card, the time it takes to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. When paying by Paypal or Bank Transfer, the amount will be returned to the original bank account. The amount refunded is inclusive of the cost of the returned product. The money will be refunded after 7-21 business days from when the item returns to the warehouse.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received the item and would like to make a return with size/item exchange the first return shipping is at your expense, the second return shipping is free of charge.

  • Please send us an email to customer.service@baronefirenze.it stating the order number, reason for return, and the size or item change requested so we can prepare the item;
  • Re-pack the item, undamaged, with its labels and tape it shut.

  • The exchange, once the package is returned to the premises and checked, will be handled as a new order according to the standard fulfillment times relative to the destination country.
